If you are considering or committing to a Kindled Ember’s Adventure, I am so thankful you have taken this step. There are some things you will need to prepare for physically and emotionally, so you will have the best experience possible for your adventure.
Prepare for Your Adventure
Although I will lead at a very easy-to-follow walkable pace, you will still need to prepare beforehand. There are many good resources on the internet that give you a plan on how to prepare. I am linking this training guide that will fit your physical capacity for one of my adventures.

Some of you will be participating in rock climbing and kayaking during your adventure. I would recommend basic bodyweight exercises for upper and lower strength training. If you have never lifted weights before, do not let this intimidate or cause you to back out of an adventure. Below are some basic weight training exercises you can do in the comfort of your own home or can complete at your local gym.

The Father has given me a love for outdoor adventure, and eyes to see how big He really is through His creation.
